What you may want to know
before starting a project
These are initial answers. Actual details are assessed and confirmed according to the product type and scope of each project.
01 What does Beauty ETC's OEM service cover?
We support cosmetic products developed under the client's brand, from the initial concept, target customer, and desired product attributes through formulation, packaging, and production planning. The exact scope is confirmed for each project.
02 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type, formulation, ingredients, packaging format, and project requirements. Share your initial brief so our team can assess and confirm the appropriate quantity before the project begins.
03 Can you help develop a new formula?
We can begin with a product idea, desired attributes, target customer, or reference product. Our team will assess feasibility and discuss an appropriate formulation direction. Testing requirements and project conditions are confirmed case by case.
04 How long do development and production take?
Timing depends on formulation complexity, sample revision rounds, packaging selection, material availability, and required documentation. A project timeline can be provided after the brief is complete and key details are confirmed.
05 Can Beauty ETC assist with packaging?
We can discuss format, size, brand presentation, and product compatibility to help define a suitable packaging direction. Available options, pricing, lead time, and sourcing scope are confirmed for each project.
06 What information should I prepare to get started?
A useful starting brief includes the product type, target customer, desired attributes, estimated quantity, preferred timeline, packaging direction, and budget range. If these are not yet final, an initial concept is enough to begin the conversation.
07 Is Beauty ETC GMP certified?
Yes. Beauty ETC holds a Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice certificate issued by the Thai Food and Drug Administration. Certificate no. 1-5-04-17-26-0001, issued 19 January 2026 and valid until 18 January 2029. Thai and English documents are available on the Process & Quality page.
